6. Missing or Damaged Orders

We at The Leaf Chap strive to deliver quality products and a smooth shopping experience.
1. Returns
For accessories or gift boxes, we accept returns only under the following conditions:
The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Return request is raised within 2 days of delivery.
Item must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.

2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for our teas or teabags. If an incorrect item is delivered to you, please notify us with photos of the item received and we will either:
Issue a refund, or
Send the correct order subsequently
3. Refunds
Refunds are processed once the appropriate photos are received and verified.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
In case of Cash on Delivery, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
