Our trip to Udaipur introduced us to a new way of making chai! Walking around Fateh Sagar lake in the late afternoon, tired of the sun, we stopped at a small blue thela for some chai. They added mint to it! Mint to Chai! And it was “mint-to-be”! Here we’ve added a few more spices to complete the cooling effect to bring you this chai that’s a summer treat.
